French organic food retailer Naturalia is pursuing active discussions with strategic and financial partners with a view to support its development in France and abroad, one source familiar with the situation said.
Naturalia is entirely owned by French retailing chain Monoprix, which itself is part of Casino Group.
Such discussions may end-up in the opening of Naturalia capital.
In December 2018, Bio C’Bon opened its capital to Aeon to strengthen their partnership engaged in 2016.
Casino declined to comment.
